With expertise in strategic planning, startup consulting, and grant writing—securing over $1M in funding—she’s led high-impact community programs and guided early-stage companies through growth. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Executive Organizational Leadership and certifications from Ball State University. Known for fostering collaboration and innovation, she’s passionate about expanding outreach, integrating tech solutions, and driving continuous improvement to elevate community services.

  • Carrie Miller, LCSW

    Director of Clinical Services

    Carrie brings 24 years of experience in grief support. She began her career as the first intern at Brooke’s Place, building a strong foundation in grief-informed care. Carrie leads our team in supporting children and families through loss, while also educating the broader community. She holds an MSW and a certification in Death and Grief Studies from Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s Center for Loss and Transition, and also operates a private practice. Her work continues to make a meaningful impact on countless lives.

    Executive Director

    Tiffani is a devoted wife, mom of two, and passionate advocate for children and families. With over a decade of experience in child welfare and mental health—including work in community mental health, psychiatric care, and home-based services—she brings deep expertise and empathy to her role. A licensed foster parent with an infant mental health endorsement, Tiffani specializes in parenting education and family support. She holds degrees in Criminal Justice and is completing her MSW. Recently inducted into the social work honor society, she’s recognized for her leadership and impact in the field.
